Emergency First Response gives you the tools you need to perform CPR and First Aid primary and secondary care. Whether you're a diver or a non-diver, being an Emergency First Responder prepares you to professionally handle potentially life-threatening situations and to create the confidence to care. As an EFR you will be responsible for maintaining a first aid kit so it becomes second nature and having the confidence to act when it matters.

What do I need to start the EFR Course?

• No dive certification required
• No minimum age limit

This course satisfies your PADI Rescue Diver CPR certification prerequisite if you are interested in starting a Rescue Diver course. As a EFR provider you will have the confidence and training to ensure you can help when the time comes.
