What do I need to start my diving experience?

Virtually anyone who is in good health, reasonably fit, and comfortable in the water can earn a PADI Open Water Diver certification. We can supply all the dive equipment and gear you need to get you your PADI Qualification.

What will I do during my SCUBA Diving lesson?

Throughout the course, you’ll learn the fundamentals of scuba diving, including dive equipment and techniques and underwater skills. You earn this rating by completing five pool dives and knowledge development sessions and by making four open water dives. How long will it take to get my certificate?

Open Water Diver Certification

PADI programs are performance based. You proceed as you demonstrate mastery of the course skills. This allows you to work at a pace that is comfortable for you. The course in total lasts around 5 weeks, 1 evening a week with a 2 day Open Water qualifyer.

 

What will I need?

• PADI Open Water Manual
• PADI Open Water Video or DVD
• Log Book

These learning materials are supplied as part of your Course lessons apart from the OW Video or DVD, which we can also supply for a returnable fee
