There are 'good days' and 'bad days' at Stoney. The weekend's tend to be quite crowded which is why we opt to do our courses on weekdays at Stoney. The visibility can often be good, however, if lots of divers are using the site, then don't expect too much. There are three wrecks sunk at Stoney, the Stangarth the most famous and sits at 20 meters. The latest wreck to be sunk, the Belinda is also a good dive. The Wessex helicopter sits at 20 - 22 meters and is also an interesting dive. The Defiant was sunk in 2010. |
